This jewelry holder was made for me. I LOVE jackalopes! I recently picked up a ring holder at an estate sale (after the lady told me what it was because I was like "oh, nice swan....thing") and I seriously don't know how I lived without one but it's not big enough so I'm on the look out for another one. This jackalope fits the bill perfectly.

This seems awfully random, right? Let me preface it by saying I'm kind of a pen snob and I only write in my notebook with one pen (of the same color, thickness and flow) because it drives me crazy if it's in all different colors and thicknesses. Well long story short - I bought some pens (which used to be my favorite kind), they didn't work. I wrote an angry letter to the address on the back of the package. A few days later I actually got a letter back with replacement pens and some samples from their newest kind of pen. The pens that replaced the ones I originally bought still didn't work but these new ones....oh my gosh. They write SO smooth. I am completely smitten. I went out and bought two packs! I highly, highly recommend Paper Mate InkJoy pens!

I recently discovered Jekyll and Kleid, a company based out of Berlin. I am melting over these gorgeous handmade dresses! I'm guessing my favorite is definitely this dress seeing as when I was going through the shop saving a few pictures to make into a collage for this post I unknowingly picked the same dress in different colorway each time. Isn't it adorable though? I think I like the green colorway best.

Most perfect pencil holder ever! I saw one just like it an estate sale not too long ago but, sadly, it was so beat up I had to leave it behind.

I can't wear maxi dresses. I have a tendency of sitting with one leg under my butt in my office chair so the two times I did wear one when I stood up I fell face first. After that I swore them off! But this gorgeous vintage dress makes me want to change my mind (or maybe I'd just hem that sucker!) I adore the patchwork top. The colors, although they don't seem like they should, work so well together.

All three of these items were on the front page of the newly listed things on Modcloth this morning while I was browsing and it struck me that they would make the perfect outfit. I don't normally wear jeans but those are some seriously snazzy pants that I would make an exception for. Upon further investigation I found that shirt is actually a dress but I've got a long torso and the rest of the "dress" could easily be tucked in (or just hemmed if it was really that long).

This bench is perfect! Once again, colors I would never put together but somehow look super amazing (clearly I need to learn something about putting colors together!)
