I am a pragmatic romantic and a classy dame living in Providence, RI with a menagerie of dogs, fish, mice, bees, and some very hardy house plants.
Providence has a long and proud history of manufacturing costume jewelry and there are still warehouse basements filled with antique findings, waiting to be discovered. Many of the elements used in my jewelry are left over from the city's past, carefully packed into boxes and sold off as the many businesses that inhabited the "Jewelry District" and outlying neighborhoods closed down or moved shop. I'm so happy that I can take these surplus supplies and use a Providence's past to craft a vision of my ideal present.
