Revlon Scented Nail Polish Review

I'm eternally seven years old. I like squeezing cute animals, drinking more chocolate milk than any adult ever should and things that smell good that normally shouldn't, and that most definitely includes nail polish. I've tried lots of scented nail polished in the past but they're normally made for children, are difficult to apply and chip super easy. But the Revlon Scented Nail Polishes are different!
The first one I bought was cotton candy (because cotton candy is such a delicious scent!) I immediately went home and applied it. I found it to be streaky, but when it dried boy oh boy it smelled good. I wasn't impressed enough to buy any more of the colors.

Fast forward to my birthday - My mom bought me four more of the collection. I was nervous to try the others since I wasn't so impressed with the first but to my surprise they're wonderful!

My favorites is raspberry rapture, it applies so perfectly. It only needs two coats to achieve a beautiful, deep pink. It also dries very quickly. Plus it smells so delicious! But that's not to say I wasn't impressed with the other three colors I used too! Of these five they all only needed two coats (sans the cotton candy, it took about four).

Over all I think what impressed me the most about these polishes is how long the scent lasts. Normally scented polishes scents don't last for more than a few hours after application. My nails still smelled scrumptious days later (seriously!). Even after showers and washing my hands multiple times - they still smelled! When I'd rest my chin in palm at my desk I could smell them!

But don't worry, it's not an overwhelming scent. It's not something someone will smell when walking by you, or even notice unless you're like me and shove your pretty fingers in their face. Even Kevin, who is anti-every artificial scent ever, thinks these smell nice.

And because I can't leave my nails one solid color here's what I did right after taking those photos...
Apparently there is a whole slew of other colors and scents available from Revlon too! You can find them all here.

Overall, I'm highly impressed, and I definitely recommend these polishes!
xoxo
