It's the little things...

like going to the beach to watch the sunset...

 chasing the seagulls...

realizing that chasing the seagulls in front of the sunset will create a pretty picture...

and meeting new friends...

Kevin and I went to the beach to watch the sun set at the beach one night last week. We normally go to bed pretty early since we get up so early in the morning but we were feeling wild and decided to head to the beach instead of going to bed. (I swear, we're old people. Pretty sure we got to sleep before my grandpa!) It was a BLAST. It was so wonderful to go out and not have it be sickeningly hot. The temperature that night was absolutely perfect, as was the water. I'm thinking this is going to have to become a normal occurrence this summer. A late dinner on the beach sounds pretty awesome too...
