Just a few photos from a recent adventure in my kitchen.
(do I need an excuse to post pictures of rainbow cake? ....didn't think so)
A random thought - Ya know, it's so weird, when I was younger I never ever liked cake. At birthdays I usually just had ice cream. Cake was totally gross. But when I started baking - cake became delicious. It's probably my favorite desert now, especially the one above which was vanilla coconut. Kevin and I devoured that cake in two days.
